Candace Lee Wester

Candace Lee (Maines) Wester, 52 of Cape Coral, formerly of Monroeville, PA, passed away at home on Thursday April 4th, 2024. Born on May 10, 1971, in Monroeville, PA to Dan and Sandy Maines.

Candy graduated from Gateway High School in Monroeville, PA and received her nursing degree from Lee County School of Nursing in Fort Myers, FL. She worked as a nurse at The McGregor Clinic, in Fort Myers, FL.

Candy had a passion to help others, she always went above and beyond. She was kindhearted, intelligent, outgoing, and always had a beautiful smile on her face. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her son Joseph Wester, parents Dan and Sandy Mines, significant other KC Carson, nephews Daniel and Kenny Tallarico, nieces Francesca and Laura Tallarico, great niece Josephine Tallarico, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold (H) Wester, sister Dana (Maines) Tallarico, maternal and paternal grandparents.

The family will receive friends on Sunday April 7th, 2024, from 6pm-9pm at Fuller Metz Funeral Home and 11am graveside at Coral Ridge Cemetery on Monday.
