Marty Baran

Marty Baran, 71, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2018 in Cape Coral.  She was born on December 9, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois, where she lived most of her life until moving to Cape Coral in 2000.  Marty was an animal lover and adored her many pets including Lil Bit, Koda, and Tigger; as well as the pets who had passed on including Bosco, Corky, and Louis.  Marty will be dearly missed by her loving spouse, Sue Thomas, as well as nephews and nieces, Allan Shenfeld, Penny Masucci, Ron Shenfeld, and Cheryl Farrar.  She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Marilyn Shenfeld.  Services will be private in accordance with Marty's wishes.  In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial contributions to a cause which was very dear to her heart, the ASPCA,  at www.aspca.org or by phone at (800) 628-0028.
