Many are now in homes throughout Long Island. Rob Roy the Macgregor, was one of their most distinctive Labrador Retrievers, who achieved his championship at Westminster Dog Show, New York City, under the handling of Olive herself. Her second business was Olive Branch Antiques. Who with her son Peter imported and sold 18th century antiques represented in various shows throughout Long Island and the East Coast.

Olive loved her home and gardens. She was a member of the Three Harbors Garden Club and St Johns Church, Cold Spring Harbor Long Island. Her husband pre deceased her in the fall of 2016 and Olive continued to live independently in her home up until December 2017 with the love and care of her aides, her neighbors, the caring community at St Johns Church, and her dearest friends of 75 years, Peggy and Bill Milanese.

Olive moved to Cape Coral Florida so to be near her son Peter.
