Sheer condolences from our family. We have a twin son that has AHDS and is struggling excessively with the syndrome. It has stopped our son, thomas, from all points of life and development. William Allen Herndon did so much for his community and also gain awareness. Thank you for everything that you have ever achieved William. Rest in peace and happiness. The Greaves family.

Sincerest condolences to Bill's family. I will certainly miss my dear friend and classmate. Billy and I grew up together in Gordonsville, from Cub Scouts to college bound … we were in the same graduating classes of Gordonsville Elementary and Orange County High School.
Billy was such a genuinely nice and kind guy and had a great sense of humor. He was so much fun to be with and was someone everybody liked and could count on. I'm so sorry Billy didn't live closer to his hometown, because we’ve missed seeing him for many years and now he will be dearly missed by all of us … his hometown friends.

Bill was an amazing man and always saw him with a smile on his face! I enjoyed all of our talks abut football and he just loved talking about his family! He was so proud of his family! He will be truly missed. Prayers and thoughts to his family.
