Alice was my aunt. Her husband was my mom's brother. I spent time with them in their Carlisle home when I was a child. My memories are of a lovely, sweet, kind, dear person. She even let me slide down her bannister in her lovely home. I loved her dearly and my mom always loved her and thought she was a very special person. She added wonderful memories of my childhood. God bless you, Aunt Alice, you'll be dearly missed by all who loved you.

Hello, Edie and Pat. I was sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I remember her very fondly, as Pat and I spent time together a number of times in your home in Craighead. Your mom was a wonderful seamstress and I remember well the beautiful green satin brocade gown she made for me for our prom. Pat it has been so many years since I've seen you but I'd love to connect again if you would like to. God bless you as you grieve the loss of a very special woman/mother. God blessed her and you with many years.

Dear Edie, Pat and Family,
I want to tell you that I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Alice's passing. I will always remember your mom and dad when you lived in Boiling Springs. Uncle Buzzy' trains were always a highlight of our visits to your house and Aunt Alice was the best seamstress I ever knew. The dancing doll she made me was a favorite of mine while growing up. I will never forget her. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by anyone who knew her! Prayers to all of you!
Love, Cousin Darlene
