Shayne & I learned with great sadness today of Allan's passing. Shayne, though not mentioned in the Tribute, was his nephew by my marriage to his brother Paul. Allan was his only uncle.
Sweet, gentle Allan never forgot a single birthday, Chanukah or graduation. He will be sorely missed.

Martin, Allison and Alana I am so sorry. I have said a prayer for your father as he now is in the hands of God and pain free. I also said some extra prayers for you his only son and his only living relative which is so sad. I also said more prayers for your beautiful wife Allison and his only granddaughter Alana and so that you all get through this rough time in peace. May your father Allan Rest in Peace! Amen
