Bruce Daniel Conner

Bruce Conner, 68, passed away on January 28th, 2023, at home. He had valiantly battled and beat throat cancer, for the second time, in the last year. The side effects and complications from that battle just proved to be too much for his body to handle and now he is no longer in pain.  

Born in Dallas, Texas, but spent most of his life in Naples, Florida, where he met his wife of 38 years, Becky Conner, whom he reunites with in passing along with his parents. He is survived by his sister, Brenda Highsmith, and daughters, Stephanie and Riane Conner.

He worked for Costco for 15+ years, utilizing both his love and knowledge of electronics and his gregarious personality in their marketing and electronics departments. Known as warm, humorous and ultimate smartass to all he met, easily offering levity or guidance to any situation. When he wasn't staying busy while working, he would be out on his boat enjoying the water and fishing. In his later years, he got into gardening and grew tomatoes, peppers, and many other fruits and veggies.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that those who so desire to donate to a charity, tree planting foundation or coral growing foundation.
