Charles Alan Wunder Jr.

Charles Alan Wunder, Jr., "Chuck", entered into rest on May 3, 2018 in Gainesville, FL. He was 60 years old. Chuck was born in Bethel Park, PA to parents, Charles and Melvine Wunder on February 10, 1958. The family moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 1972, where Chuck grew up. He attended Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers, FL. Chuck had been a resident of Cape Coral until 2008 when he relocated to Gainesville, FL. He was a professional engineer and had been involved with the construction of many homes and buildings in Cape Coral. He was also involved with Martial Arts and earned his black belt and the title of Sensei.
Chuck will be dearly missed by his children, Nathan and Michael Wunder, Nicole I. Noonan, and John and Kasey Strawder; as well as grandson, Alexander Wunder; and brother, Patrick Wunder. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Elizabeth Wunder.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 9:30am to 11:30am at the Fuller Metz Funeral Chapel on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Andrew Catholic Church at 12:00PM.
