Earl D. Bonnell III

Earl D Bonnell III, 78, of Cape Coral died May 25, 2018. He was born in Middletown, NY in 1940 to the late Earl D Jr and Anna Bonnell. Following high school Earl joined the US Army where he served honorably. After his discharge he joined the City of Middletown Police Dept. He retired as a Lieutenant and Bureau Commander of Operations. Upon his retirement he moved to Cape Coral in 1992. He was a member of the Araba Shrine Temple, Cape Coral Tarpon Hunters Club where he served as Treasurer, Cape Coral Masonic Lodge 367 F & AM,
Survivors include his sons Earl D. Bonnell IV of Bloomingburg, NY, and Mark (Sharon) Bonnell of Cape Coral, four grandchildren; Edward Edwards, Mark Bonnell Jr, Brandon Edwards and Jenna Bonnell, 7 great grandchildren, and cousin Pam (Pete)Meier
