Eugenia Mary Zienty

On Wednesday, June 8, 2022 we lost our mother, a wonderful woman very dear to us and to many who knew her. A strong, patient, loving and accepting person, lover of animals, gifted artist and musician. A devoted wife and mother of daughter Therese and son Wally and beloved grandmother of Paul and Laura.
For years, during her career as a beautician and business owner she worked tirelessly to serve the community of Cape Coral from when it was a tiny village of 300 families in 1960, growing with it to see it become a Florida destination. Through all that time, she had no “customers”, only friends. And she made new ones every day. Because of that, her business thrived.
She was proud of her Italian heritage and she loved the happy times. She relished reminiscing about them through photographs and funny stories with and about her fun loving Italian family.
Although Mum had her happy times, there were some bumps and trials along the way but through it all she kept an amazing attitude and love for life. She looked at every new day as a gift to herself and had, through that belief the ability to make others feel at ease. We will miss her terribly but her presence will be with us for the rest of our lives. And so will the memories and her love for us and all those she touched.
