Felecia Diane Ludwig

Diane Ludwig, passed away on December 1, 2021 in Cape Coral, Florida. 

Diane was born on September 20, 1954, to the late Lorine Owen Davis and Robert Davis in Shelbyville, KY.  She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother.  Diane was a problem solver, often providing sound advice to those seeking guidance.  Diane was an avid boater and held a Captain’s License.  Diane was also a skilled billiards player and competed in numerous events including a national singles female league championship tournament in Las Vegas.  Diane was thought of as a very talented cook.  Diane retired from AGRI Financial Services in Louisville, KY as a mortgage underwriter in December of 2014.  Upon retirement, she realized her lifelong dream of moving to sunny Florida where she could relax under the palm trees. 

Diane is survived by her husband Mark, her daughter Kimberly Ludwig(TJ), grandchildren, Matt, Maddie, and Taylor.  She also leaves behind four of her siblings, Donna Melanson(Bernie), Troy Davis, Mike Davis, and Vicky Haycox(Mike), and 12 nieces and nephews.

Diane was pre-deceased by her brothers Tony Davis, Ricky Davis, and Robert Davis, and sister-in-law Dana Davis.

A celebration of Diane’s life will take place on Tuesday 12/14/2021 from 5:30 to 8:30 PM @ Captains Quarters Riverside Grill.  Their address is 5700 Captains Quarters Road, Prospect, KY 40059.
