Frank D. Bodizak, 76, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away surrounded by his family on May 12, 2020 after a brief illness. Frank was born in 1944 to Frank and Mary Bodziak. He grew up in Sayerville, New Jersey. He moved to Bamber Lake in Forked River, New Jersey where he belonged to the Teamsters local 641 and was Chief of the Bamber Lake Volunteer Fire Department. Frank retired in 2003 and moved to Cape Coral, Florida. He enjoyed cooking, entertaining and was an active member of Beth Yeshua Messianic Synagogue for many years. Frank was known for his sense of humor, his political beliefs that often ended him in Facebook jail and his passion for his Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
Frank is survived by his wife Julie, daughter Alesia ( Stephen), Step-Daughter Jessica (Jeff), Step-Son Scott (Danyelle), grandchildren Lexi, Christopher,Colin, Henry, Stephen and Kyle, his sister Carol ( Jon) Brother Ted (Diane) along with 4 nephews and 5 nieces. Frank was pre-deceased by his first wife Linda.
A memorial service will be held at Beth Yeshua Messianic Synagogue, 15675 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida, 33908, on Sunday May 24th at 2:00 PM.
