Gus DeMarco

Gustave V. "Gus" DeMarco passed away in Cape Coral at the age of 73. He was born in New Rochelle, New York on January 31, 1946. Gus discovered a love for traveling the world. He became a travel agent and owned a travel agency school. He was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Toni DeMarco, whom he married on November 3, 2007. Gus will be dearly missed by his children; Justin DeMarco (Elizabeth), and Joni Ortega (Thomas), and Jennifer Dix (Noah), as well as grandchildren; Allie and Emma DeMarco; and siblings; Carmine DeMarco, Sr., Carolyn Escobedo, and Charles DeMarco. He was preceded in death by his son, Christian DeMarco.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 6PM to 8PM at the Fuller Metz Funeral Chapel on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral. The funeral will take place on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 11:30AM at St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Cape Coral, followed by interment at Coral Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately after the burial at the Olive Garden restaurant on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.
