Henry Malcolm Stewart 85, passed away on February 1,2021, in Cape Coral Florida
Born in Bucksport Maine on August 30, 1935, he was the son of Donald and Angelina Stewart.
Henry graduated from Bucksport High in 1953 in Maine, he married Grace Austin in 1956, they later settled in Hudson NH to raise their family. He was employed by Raytheon as a technician where he was proud to work on defense projects.
During retirement, Henry spent the winter in Cape Coral, Florida. Henry enjoyed volunteering for the American Legion, serving food at the Red Sox Spring training games. During the summer months, Henry could be found in New Hampshire's lakes region. There he volunteered on many service projects with the Lions Club. On Friday nights, Henry enjoyed having pizza with his family and friends at the Tilton House of Pizza. He was a long standing member of The Lions Club in Hudson, NH. where he was a past president and awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship.Henry loved to cruise with his wife. He was an avid fan of all New England sports teams. He was predeceased by his close cousin Captain John Chenard whom he grew up with; and considered his brother. He is survived by his wife Grace Stewart of Cape Coral. Florida, his daughter Teresa Stewart-Bouchard and her husband David Bouchard of Hudson, NH, his son Timothy Stewart and his wife Debora of Hooksett, NH, a grandson Matthew Stewart of Hooksett NH ,step-granddaughter Cassandra Bouchard of Hudson, NH. a nephew Lester Stackpole and his wife Jane of East Orland Maine, many cousins in the United States and Canada. Funeral services will be May 15 at St Kathryn's in Hudson NH . Fuller-Metz Funeral Home of Cape Coral, Florida is in charge of arrangements.
