Henry “Roger” Wolford

Roger passed on 11/13/2018 at home in Cape Coral. Roger was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. He is predeceased by his parents Frederick Albert Wolford and Kathryn Houtz Wolford, his sons Henry Roger Wolford, Jr., Todd Albert Wolford, and daughter-in-law Tina Mastro Wolford.

Roger attended both grammar and high school in Bayonne, New Jersey. He received a degree from Newark College of Engineering in Metallurgy. He was employed by Federal Bronze Prods before starting his own business as an Independent Sales Rep and represented numerous companies in the metals industry.

Roger was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus. He also volunteered at the Cape Coral Care Center. He enjoyed gardening, wood working and cruising with his friends. Roger had the gift of fab and a good sense of humor.

Services will be held at Fuller Metz Funeral Home on Del Prado Blvd., S in Cape Coral on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 with viewing being held from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church on Del Prado, Cape Coral on Thursday, November 15, 2018. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909 or the new Cape Coral Animal Shelter.
