Howard L. Bowen, 83, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on July 16, 2017. Howard was born in Wolcott, NY moving to Cape Coral in 1982. Howard earned a Doctorate in Theology and was an ordained Minister. He enjoyed reading and music.
Howard is survived by his life long partner of 53 years, John Wert, His son, James L Bowen ( Natalynn) , Erik Bowen (Sheila) his sister Diane Bombard (David), grandchild Christopher J Bowen, nephew Brian Bowen, Nieces, Samantha Bowen and Dawn Diel, great grandchildren William Bowen and Jameson Bowen step sons Jeffrey Wert and Michael Wert.

A burial service is scheduled to take place in Hilton, NY. Dates to be decided at a later date
