Janet B. Haupt

Janet Jeglum Haupt was born in Los Angeles Ca. on February 19, 1948 daughter of Jack and Harriett Jeglum. She was raised in Rehoboth Beach Delaware and graduated from Rehoboth Beach High School class of 1966. After graduation from the University of Delaware, she worked in real estate for 10 years on the west coast of Florida. Upon returning to Rehoboth Beach, she made a career in the restaurant business.. She met the love of her life, Chas Haupt, in 1981 and they were married  in 1987. They lived and worked in the Florida Keys for 35 years, retiring to Cape Coral, Florida in 2019 where she passed away on April 9, 2021. She will be interred in St. Georges Episcopal Church / All Saints Cemetery Harbison, Delaware beside her parents on April 24 2021 at 10 a.m.
