Jason was born on August 3, 1979 in Tampa, FL. Jason was predeceased by his Father Terrance “Mike” Carey 12/13/2021. He is survived by his Wife Diane Carey, Mother Beverly Smith Carey, Brother Mike Carey & Sister-in-law Melodie Carey, Nephew Austin Carey and Niece Camryn Carey.
