Joan “JoAnn” Louk, 73, of Cape Coral, Florida passed away October 07, 2017 surrounded by her family. JoAnn was born in Valley Bend, West Virginia. She attended Elkins High School. JoAnn worked at The Davis and Elkins College as a kitchen manager. JoAnn met her husband Donald Louk in 1960. They married in 1962 in Elkins, West Virginia. JoAnn loved bowling, fishing, boating with Donald and baking. She is a long time member of The Moose Lodge holding the position Junior Regent in Colonial Beach, Virginia. JoAnn worked as a manager of a store for The United States Army for 18 years and also as an equipment procurement specialist with M&M services, Inc. in Dunn, North Carolina. From 1990-2005 she owned a janitorial service in Cape Coral, Florida.

Left behind to cherish JoAnns memory are her husband of 55 years, Donald, Sons Donald and Robert, grandson Robert, brother David (Jenny) and sister Janet (Wayne). Her beloved Dog, Hershey Barr.

A memorial service is scheduled Friday October 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM. The memorial will take place at Fuller Metz Cremation and Burial Services, 3740 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, Florida, 33904.
