Michael Kutchey

Michael "Mike" Kutchey, affectionately known as "Pops" by his grandchildren, passed away on July 13, 2018 surrounded by loving family members.  He was 72 years of age.  Mike was a hardworking man, having spent much of his career as a Grounds Manager in the City of Detroit, MI and also the City  of Cape Coral, FL.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having attained the rank of Sergeant.  Above all, Mike was a devoted family man and enjoyed spending time with those he knew and loved.  He will be dearly missed by his wife, Betty Kutchey; children, Michael, Kelly, Melinda, Courtney, Jeffrey, and Thomas; as well as 8 grandchildren.  Services will be private in accordance with his wishes.  Those who wish may contribute in his honor to the Veteran's Organization of their choice.
