Michael Rymer, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend left this earth suddenly Friday, June 2, 2023.

Michael spent over 45 years serving his community as part of the Lee County Sheriff's Office and Lee County Emergency Medical Services, but his favorite roles were loving husband, father and grandfather.
 
Michael is survived by the love of his life, Marybeth, wife of 37 years, his three amazing daughters; Christy Cantrell, Katie Gossic, Kimberly Van Waus and their spouses. He is also survived by his five beautiful grandchildren; Caitlin, Zachary, Dallas, Emma, and Alyssa, and his niece Amanda Rymer.
 
Those who knew him, would agree that he was a "Gentle Giant".  To his daughters prospective dates, he was a man to be reckoned with.

We will miss everything about him, but especially his smile, hugs, jokes, sarcasm, advice and unconditional love for his family.

Please join us at his celebration of life on Friday, June 9th (details below). There will also be time after the Memorial Service to visit with the family from 11:30am - 1:00pm. Light refreshments will be served.
