Neva L Starnes

Neva L. Starnes, 71, of Peoria, IL died February 12, 2019 in Cape Coral, Fl.
Born in Marshfield, MO in 1947 to Fate and Viola Minor. Neva lived most of her life in Peoria. She worked for Pekin Insurance for many years where she retired from in 2011. She had been a winter resident of Cape Coral for the past 7 years. She was a member of the Peoria Boat Club.
Survivors include her husband Mike.
