Germinario, Pasquale ‘Pat’, 85, of Westwood, born in Molfetta, Bari, Italy, formerly from Hoboken and Cape Coral, FL, passed away July 4, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Aurelia (NEE: Pellegrini), who predeceased him in 2001. Loving father of Laura ‘Laurie’ Germinario of Westwood, Anthony and Deborah Germinario of Teaneck, Angela Germinario Barrow of Westwood, and the late Joseph Germinario, who predeceased Pat in 2016. Also survived by Daughter in law Mary Ann Germinario, Sister in law Laura Troia, and Brother in law Onofrio and Maria Pellegrini, and Vincezo and Dora Pelligrini. Devoted brother of Joseph Germinario of Cape Coral, FL, and the late siblings Rita Cipriani, Vincenzo Germinario, and Sergio Germinario. Pat is also predeceased by his sister in law Anastasia Del Russo and brother in law Vincenzo Troia. He was the adoring grandfather of John, Anthony, Robert, Giuseppe, Marisa, and Erin Germinario, and Stephen Barrow, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat was a US Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He became a US Citizen while serving in the Army. He had been a longtime Logistics Manager for Intsel Corporation in Manhattan, retiring in 1994. He then worked at Metz Funeral Chapel in Cape Coral FL, for many years. He was also a Parishioner of St. Andrew’s RC Church, Cape Coral. Funeral Mass Saturday 10:30 AM at St. Andrew’s RC Church, Westwood, NJ. Visiting Friday 4:00 – 9:00 PM at the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave, Ridgewood.
Graveside services will be at Coral Ridge Cemetery in Cape Coral, Fl Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
