Rose Pulice

September 8, 1919 ~ May 15, 2019 (age 99) 99 Years Old

Tribute

Rose Pulice, 99 years young, sadly left us on May 15, 2019 in Cape Coral, Florida. She was born September 8, 1919 in Ronco, PA to the late Anthony and Mary Reda. On September 18, 1940, she married the late Eugene Pulice and together they raised two children; Rose Mary and Eugene.
Rose worked at Iona College in Food Service, she also worked for Woolworth's, and Lynn's Clothing Store in New Rochelle, New York. She had many interests in life such as song writing, birds, butterflies, dolls, gardening, stamp collecting, crocheting, and watching her game shows and "stories". Slot machines were also on her top list of things to do. The most important thing that she will be remembered for is her love of family and her Italian cooking and baking. She always made sure that there was enough food for all of us for the next few days and was happy when we would eat seconds or thirds. Her meals brought us all together as a family as she continued to teach us to speak calmly and love one another since "this is the only family you'll get". Her presence with all of us will be deeply missed but her legacy will live on in all of us.
Rose is survived by her daughter Rose Mary D'Amore and son in law Carmen, and daughter in law Kathy Pulice. She leaves behind grandchildren Denise Gurski, Gina Nisco and her partner Leo DeNault, Carmine D'Amore and his wife Lisa, Vincent D'Amore and his wife Joanne, Kendle Arribas and her husband Tom, and Kevin Pulice and his wife Cassandra. Rose also leaves behind several great grandchildren; Brittany Nisco, Alexandria Wagner, and husband Don Wagner, Robert Nisco, Bryanne Voelker and her husband Christopher King, Thomas Nisco, Elise Arribas, and Crimson Pulice. Rose also leaves behind great-great grandchildren, Noah Dent, Elijah Wells, Ellyanna King, Isabella Wagner, and Aiden Wagner. She was preceded in death by her son, Eugene(Gino) Pulice as well as her brothers Santo, Frank, Joe & Louis Reda and sisters Josephine Oravetz & Phyllis Davis.
