Sylvia Mary Senicola

Sylvia “Sonny” Senicola, 87, of Cape Coral, Florida, formerly of Long Island, New York died peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Hope Hospice in Cape Coral. Born April 1, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, she married her loving husband of 65 years Richard “Dick” Senicola who passed away in 2018. 

A loving mother, she spent much of her time in the comfort of her family. She also enjoyed playing cards and mahjong in the company of her close friends and was also an avid reader. 

She is survived by her two sons Richard and his wife Barbara, and Michael and his wife Tina. Sonny’s third son, Billy passed in 2012. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Zachary, Jason, Samantha, Alexandra and Billy Jr.  

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 6PM to 8PM at the Fuller Metz Funeral Chapel on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral.  The funeral service will take place at Fuller Metz on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 11AM in the chapel, followed by interment at Coral Ridge Cemetery in Cape Coral, Florida.
