Thomas Edward Hughes, 89, originally from Orient, IL, died at his home in Cape Coral, FL on June 2, 2019.
Tom is survived by his wife of 62 years Pinky (Helen), daughter Sharon and son Michael.
He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Fannie (Holland), brother Vern (Chet) and sister Mary.
He was cremated and will be interred in a private ceremony for family only at the Sarasota, FL, National Veterans Cemetery.
