William Patrick Mandler

William Patrick, age 71, of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 23, 2023. Bill was born on August 23, 1951 in Toledo to Robert and Mary Mandler. He attended Rogers High School and the University of Toledo.
Bill followed in his mother’s footprints and spent 50+ years in catering which was his passion and his gift. He loved nothing more than planning menus, creating memories and having the best parties in town. His love for catering was seconded by his love of traveling the world, which he enjoyed throughout his lifetime.
He is survived by his brother, Robert (Julie), nieces Paige (Guthrie) Mandler and Lauren, and nephew Thomas. He leaves behind many cousins, friends and family who adored him. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, mother Mary, and brother James.
Funeral services will take place at a later date in Toledo, Ohio. If your heart is led and in keeping with his love of children, donations in his memory may be made to Golisano Children’s Hospital, Fort Myers.
