Joseph Callahan & I worked together my entire time with the city of cape coral. He was everyone's friend. He trained me on every machine possible. His priority was safety first. His men always came first. He was always willing to do the things he'd ask his guys to do. Always worked hard with a second job. He was a sincere friend, a true man of integrity whose time was cut short. This world will truely miss him.
